1. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at:

Provide the following:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Refund Process
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

• Used perfumes
• Items returned without original packaging
• Gift cards or promotional items
